Job Title Business Process Expert Supply Chain Job Description You are responsible for: Software & Subscription Process Design and Optimization Design, standardize, and continuously improve Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes for software licenses, SaaS solutions, and subscription‑based offerings, including renewals, changes, and terminations. Translate complex commercial constructs (e.g. subscriptions, usage‑based pricing, entitlements, upgrades) into robust, compliant operational processes. Ensure alignment of software and subscription processes with healthcare technology quality systems and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, shorten cycle times, and enhance the digital customer experience. Change Management Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new software and subscription business models, emphasizing healthcare technology quality and regulatory compliance. Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation and adherence to new procedures. Performance Management and Reporting Establish KPIs and performance metrics that consider both operational efficiency and quality/regulatory compliance within the healthcare technology industry. Support continuous improvement initiatives using performance trends and root‑cause analysis. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with stakeholders across product management, software delivery teams, supply chain, services, commercial operations, IT, sales, and marketing. Act as a subject‑matter expert for software and subscription order management, advising on process implications of new offerings and commercial models. Align operational processes with broader business and digital growth objectives. You are a part of: A small, dedicated team of experts within the supply chain Center of Excellence. We support the strategic growth of recurring business models and end-to-end supply chain processes of software delivery. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: 6–8 years of experience in Order to Cash processes, with strong, hands-on experience in the field of software and subscriptions related business models. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering or equivalent. Demonstrated experience working in complex, regulated environments, preferably within healthcare technology or a comparable industry. Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable business results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights while maintaining compliance. Solid project and change management experience. Hands on experience with SAP based O2C solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse, global teams. Strong continuous improvement mindset; experience applying Lean principles is highly valued. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. This is an office-based role.
