LearnUpon is looking for a Business & Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our Dublin office.

Our Finance team is vital to our Company and is responsible for keeping the financial operations of the company running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a self motivated individual to join a rapidly growing software company and make significant contributions.
This role will be responsible for helping to streamline, simplify and improve the end-to-end processes, driving a continuous improvement culture, with systems & tools to drive productivity.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • 3+ years experience working in finance/accounting environment.
  • Experience in system / process improvement delivery - with a Finance focus
  • Experience in dealing with third party support providers.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness, with an ability to discover and proactively remedy discrepancies.
  • High energy, proactive and independent individual who can serve as a partner and consultant.
  • Results oriented, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Not required but considered a big plus

  • Exposure to SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to many finance functions such as Accounts Receivables.
  • Netsuite and/or Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
