REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cash Application or Cash Collection, or Advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Cash Application or Cash Collection background is a MUST
• Spoken and written proficiency in English is a MUST, additional languages is an advantage
• Project management certification or relevant exposure
• Proven experience in process mapping and mining
• Successfully completed continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma is an advantage

• Subject Matter Expert of Cash Collection and Cash Application functions including onboarding and training
• Supporting Business Process Outsourcing partner and in-country teams with process related queries including resolution of gaps, issues and escalations
• Investigating and analyzing AR data, monitoring processes and take an action on deviations observed
• Collaborate with Credit Services and extended teams on continuous improvements and process updates
• Contributing and leading projects to standardize processes across EMEA Credit Services or regions
• Maintain, improve and harmonize operational and technical documents (SOPs, WIs etc.)
