Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance Industrial & Systems Engineering, or similar field At least 1 year of experience in program coordination, project support, or process improvement Ability to manage competing priorities/projects; strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams) Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC) Ability to travel up to 20% (globally) Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a corporate environment Exposure to financial reporting and data analysis Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels Financial acumen with ability to correlate improvements to financial results Proven track record of working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic initiatives Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
