Description
Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required ● Minimum of 3 years' technical professional or operational experience in medical device field ● Minimum of 3 years' experience with Systems/Applications in SAPx; Business Process Leads /Subject Matter Experts in one or more of: SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax ● Previous experience of a major program introduction/upgrade, ideally within an IT/Systems or Business representative role ● Working knowledge of ERP systems combined with knowledge of key business processes ● A proven track record of Continuous Improvement, system upgrades/enhancements, proactive problem solving or LBP ● Previous experience of Scaled Agile Project Management an advantage and/or proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment ● Creates a sense of energy, excitement, and personal commitment to the organization by empowering others, and creating an inclusive workplace ● Working knowledge of SAP S4HANA service management and/or ServiceMax processes ● Experience with our Capital Equipment Service and Commercial processes ● Analytical problem solving and critical thinking ● Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand gaps and risk assessment ● Good listening and communication skills, with ability to transfer knowledge efficiently ● Process modeling capabilities ● Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to establish credibility ● Ability to establish, communicate and engage teams in the vision & strategy of the Magellan Program ● Sense of urgency and commitment to execution
