Description Now Hiring: Business Process Leader We are a Lean manufacturer seeking a Business Process Leader to serve as the cornerstone of our enterprise Lean strategy. This high-impact role will own end-to-end business processes and drive operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, field operations, and support functions. Partnering directly with executive leadership, you will translate company strategy into a multi-year operational roadmap focused on improving cost structure, scalability, flow, and customer value. You will lead enterprise deployment of Lean principles—including Standard Work, 5S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, RCCMs, and Manage for Daily Improvement (MDI)—ensuring they are embedded into daily operations and leadership behaviors. This role requires deep Lean expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence across departments without direct authority. You will develop KPIs, quantify ROI, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure improvements are operationalized and sustained.
