The group you’ll be a part of The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. The impact you’ll make The Business Process Manager will lead transformative initiatives to streamline operations, enhance quality, and drive measurable business outcomes. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices across departments. Empower teams to achieve operational excellence, resulting in cost savings, improved service delivery, and increased stakeholder satisfaction. What you’ll do Design, execute, and monitor large-scale process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions that optimize resource allocation and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate process mapping sessions, resolve obstacles, and drive consensus. Effectively develop and report on key performance indicators, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership. Coach and mentor team members and junior managers, fostering a high-performing, innovative environment. Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies for successful project delivery. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience. Your experience should reflect progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or project management roles. Advanced certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher), PMP, or similar process improvement or project management credential. Proven track record of delivering complex process optimization projects on time and within budget. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges within dynamic, fast-paced environments. Passionate about empowering teams and driving sustainable organizational transformation.
