You will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while working cross-functionally with other departments on projects within their area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include: 👥📅Coordinating and supervising the process management team, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. 🗺️📝Leading the mapping, documentation, and redesign of key business processes (BPM), identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. ⚙️💡Proposing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or similar) to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 🤝🔗Collaborating with other functional areas (Sales, Finance, IT, Logistics, P&C, Quality) to ensure process integration across departments. 🎓👨‍🏫Training teams and promoting best practices. 🎯📊Defining and monitoring KPIs. Requisitos What are the requirements? 🎓University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field. 🎓Additional training in process management, continuous improvement or digital transformation. 🌍At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational environments. 👥Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. 🍊Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector is highly valued. 🔧Proficiency in process and project modeling tools (Project, Visio, ARIS, etc.) 🔧Solid knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies. 🖥️Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). 📊Advanced Excel skills and other data analysis tools. 💬Fluent spoken and written English.
