Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Business Process Manager with a strong skill set in core supply chain management, project management, technical management and people leadership. Your Mission (Main Responsibilities) Strategic supply chain excellence management: Define APAC supply chain excellence teams core value and vision. Design and implement a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with the global objectives and regional needs. Lead and manage the change, drive digitalization and transformation, develop capacity evolution, promote continuous improvement, and facilitate sustainability. Relationship and collaboration: Act as a liaison among Maisons, LFCS and APAC subsidiaries, and across departments, ensuring alignment of supply chain strategies and objectives. Maintain regular communication with global and regional leaders to ensure transparency and alignment on key initiatives and projects. Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across regions to drive consistency and efficiency in operations. Working relationships: Internal: Maisons Operations, LFCS departments, Subsidiaries Operations, Beauty Tech FR & APAC etc. External: Suppliers of 3PL, automation, consultant etc. Your Key Performance Indicators Project delivery Budget management Qualifications Your Competencies and Experience (Requirements) Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies that align with business objectives and market trends. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and to make informed decisions. Inspiring Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire own and cross-functional teams, manage conflict, and drive results in a dynamic environment. Influential Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Expertise in managing large-scale supply chain projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change management within a dynamic industry landscape. Customer focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers, with a focus on delivering value through supply chain excellence. Experience: minimum 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management within relevant industries. Flexibility: Open to travel on a regular basis as required
