YOUR PROFILE AND BACKGROUND

• Technical and process-oriented mindset – Able to translate operational challenges into effective processes.
• Hands-on mentality with strong communication skills – Can engage stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Result-oriented and structured – Ensures high-quality delivery and follows through on commitments.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably offshore. In-depth knowledge of maintenance execution, work preparation, or process coordination. A completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or (Technical) Business Administration. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

• Support and coordinate operational and maintenance processes – Help set up and continuously improve processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements – Detect inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards – Monitor adherence to safety procedures, technical norms, and maintenance plans.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement – Facilitate awareness and engagement within the team and across departments
