Description

GLS/NXT is looking for a Business Process & Office Manager to manage key processes and administrative activities across our people operations, organisational excellence, and office management. In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership and people & business operations manager, coordinating hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes, while also managing team events, day-to-day office management, and administrative and system tasks. You'll ensure clarity, structure, and strong communication across all people, business process, and office-related activities. This role is a great fit for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing administrative processes in a fast-paced, people-centric environment where processes, culture, and communication go hand in hand. Tasks Support system administration and tool management, including administration of Wrenly Track and manage team inventory & office supplies Order drinks, snacks, and office supplies, and ensure the office is well-stocked and running smoothly Manage the team birthday calendar and other recurring organisational tasks Handle admin and compliance basics, including vacation tracking and time off requests Provide need-based administrative support to the People & Business Process Manager Support the onboarding process for new hires Support the organisation and running of team events Plan, run, and evaluate internal surveys and act on findings as needed Requirements Completed studies in business administration, quality management, psychology, human resources, or a related field OR completed vocational training as a management assistant Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of recurring processes and small projects Excellent communication skills in both German and English Interest in people operations, office management, organizational development, operational excellence and team dynamics Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with various stakeholders, including leadership Solution-oriented approach with the ability to ask relevant questions and drive progress Availability of min. 20 hours per week and motivation to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Benefits Dynamic workplace: A digital environment with international projects and space to learn and grow Flexible work conditions: Hybrid working mode with a tailored remote policy Physical space for ideas: A great office space in Berlin Mitte with top-tier equipment Transparent and competitive compensation: A salary package that reflects your expertise and experience.
