Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Business Process Operations Specialist to join our Digital Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing business transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring strict adherence to risk mitigation requirements and operational procedures. You will join a collaborative team focused on digital transformation and maintaining high-quality standards in document management. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Execute high-volume business transactions and Mailhub activities, including document sorting, scanning, and validation, to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare and submit precise reports that maintain data integrity and support informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including Statement of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements, to mitigate risk and maintain quality assurance. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a fast-paced operations or mailroom environment, demonstrating the ability to manage and prioritize multiple document-heavy tasks. Strong knowledge of structured business process outsourcing (BPO) workflows, specifically regarding the registration, classification, and archiving of sensitive documents. Proven ability in problem-solving and communication, with a dedicated commitment to accuracy, workplace safety, and fostering a healthy team culture. Physical capability to perform manual mailroom tasks and a professional approach to working independently or as part of a multi-functional team.
