ROLE OVERVIEW:

Supports documentation, system optimization, process enhancement, and workflow standardization efforts across Oracle Utilities programs. Contributes directly to Continuous Improvement and Sustainability objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct business process assessments and identify system gaps
• Develop improved workflows and documentation
• Engage stakeholders to capture functional requirements
• Create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation
• Support operational efficiency initiatives
