We are currently seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to work for our company. Summary:  * Client Agency is Department of Homeland Security * Top level technical contributor with expertise in Information Technology cradle to grave processes related to applications and infrastructure.  * Responsible for documenting existing operations and practices. * Analyzing those operations and practices against documented best practices and developing a plan of actions and milestones to evolve the best practices. * Acts as a member of a team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems Requirements:  *  Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies) * Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science * Five (5) years of relevant experience. * Must have in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, DevSecOps development standards, and understanding of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open-source ICAM products to recommend, lead implementation, and implement accepted product change * Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
