We’re looking for a Business Process Senior Associate to join our Retirement Operations. team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work which includes Licensing work and Rep Maintenance. Position Responsibilities: Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures. Practice good judgment in processing cases Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Required Qualifications: Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with web browsers and common business applications Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise written communication Undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed): At least 2 years of relevant back-office experience (e.g., data entry, document processing, claims processing, administrative support) required. Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.
