Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We at MISUMI are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to join our team on a 18-month fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and decision-making by transforming complex information into actionable business insights. You will work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, optimize reporting processes, and drive performance improvements. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to track business performance
  • Identify performance drivers and recommend improvement strategies
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Manage and align with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and provide consulting support across departments
  • Continuously optimize reporting structures and data visualization tools
