THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Business Process Specialist to join our Capital Markets practice, focused on supporting clients to improve operational performance, risk control, and process clarity. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identify key risks and opportunities, and champion the use of tools like IBM Blueworks. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead workshops to map cross-functional processes and capture insights from stakeholders
• Document detailed process maps using IBM Blueworks (or similar) for clarity and consistency
• Analyse operations to identify key risks, control gaps, and areas for optimisation
• Provide coaching and support to colleagues on best practice process mapping
• Monitor process KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
