CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent is required. It is preferred that this qualification is in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering. However other qualifications such as HND’s may be considered alongside relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Business Analysis methodology, processes, techniques, procedures and documentation.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, Process Mapping etc) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience with process mapping, review and improvement.
  • Proficiency in process improvement software.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead process mapping efforts across the group and implement the Business Process Management Procedures
  • Ensuring processes are mapped to the required standard and providing feedback/support as needed
  • Administer and be Product Owner for the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
  • Ensure Process Champions are trained, coached, and supported in mapping, review and improvement techniques
  • Ensure processes map group structures are clearly defined and aligned with best practices
  • Support the Process Owners in process reviews and identify Opportunities For Improvement (OFI)
  • Support the redesign of processes
  • Define KPIs to establish process management maturity and activity in each area of the business
  • Work closely with the Business Analysis Function and Portfolio to support the process definition and design throughout the improvement lifecycle
  • Support and demonstrate a culture of continuous process improvement, process excellence, and innovation within the BITT and across the organisation through the network of Process Champions.
