Strategic Governance & Alignment Oversee governance of enterprise-wide processes, ensuring consistency across Service Catalog, taxonomies, and delivery practices. Align Global Taxonomy and Service structures to support accurate reporting and strategic decision-making. Manage Salesforce Service Catalog and UAT testing for system releases, ensuring defect resolution and process validation. Deliver targeted training on systems and processes to improve onboarding and adoption. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Create and distribute stakeholder communications for new versions of the Service Catalog and Global Taxonomy. Maintain and update the internal hub to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest resources and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex business challenges. Expertise in governance frameworks, portfolio management, and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with Service Catalog management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations and storytelling. Go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward. Skilled in governance frameworks, portfolio management, and process optimization. Working knowledge of CRMs/ERPs (desired).
