In this role, you will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our business. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will bring business acumen, as well as superb communication and systems/digital fluency.
DESCRIPTION
Project manage multi-functional process and systems implementations which will include re-engineering processes in the supply chain. Own the analysis and recommendations of new process and technology needs for the full demand and supply chain to develop strategic direction. Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions. Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas. Deliver clear and well thought out presentations for buy in and alignment.
- Expertise in project management with focus on leading systems projects.
- Interest and experience in Process Simplification and Improvement, systems, tools & emerging technologies to maximize speed & efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Experience managing internal and external partner groups at all levels,Experience in ERP systems, B2B and supply chain technologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management, Operations/Supply Chain knowledge, Process expertise, SAP end-user and ‘B2B’, AI/ML new technologies experience also desired.
