WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience in Treasury
  • Has experience with minimum of 3 full cycle implementations (at least one in S4HANA)
  • Has performed workshops with customer and lead a team
  • Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
  • Acts as a coach for colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, especially Treasury
  • Professional Trainings & Solution Certification in Finance, Treasury
  • Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
  • English: Fluent. Other languages as a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration of Treasury solutions (FSCM-TRM including Hedge Accounting and TPI), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Local, TAX)
  • Introduce SAP best practice solutions based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
  • Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency
  • Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
  • Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
  • Support pre-sales activities
  • Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
  • Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
