Position Details - Planning and Development of New Advertising Products:Conceive and implement new media and ad products from scratch, accurately grasping market and customer needs. - Promotion of Partnerships and M&A with Domestic and International Platformers:Explore and execute strategic alliances and M&A with major platformers and technology partners. - Formulation of Growth Strategies and Pivoting for Existing Products:Analyze challenges in existing services and lead the redefinition of businesses or their transformation into new directions. - End-to-End Responsibility from Business Plan Formulation to Promotion:Broad involvement from research, business model design, and proof-of-concept to service launch and monetization. - Collaboration with Management and Internal/External Stakeholders:Lead resource procurement and team formation necessary for business growth.
