As a Business/Product Developer (m/f/d) you will play a key role within the Products team in Augsburg or Frankfurt Main.
We, in the products team, are shaping the future and are in charge of maintaining & evolving PATRIZIA’s product shelf with a view to keep it relevant in an ever-changing business environment. We are a direct enabler of new business by determining a compelling global product strategy, promoting PATRIZIA’s product offering across different markets and creating appealing real estate and infrastructure products for our global private wealth & institutional clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support business development and manage the development of our new private markets products (e.g. funds, mandates, co-investments, JVs etc.), notably with a focus on market-led business opportunities in global real estate and infrastructure
  • Structure & launch new private market funds or mandates incl. helping identify and the relevant investment thesis, proforma business modelling, analysis of track record, working closely with our Legal, Tax & Servicing teams, as well as managing third-party service providers
  • Assist with fundraising and client relations by working closely with our investment teams and Capital Markets team to produce marketing, investor relations and due diligence materials for existing investors and prospects
  • Deliver market intelligence to investment teams and leadership, aiding in decision making and product alignment
  • Conduct competitor analyses, monitor the competitive landscape as well as investor trends/requirements and translate to product improvements and new client led opportunities
  • Build a solid understanding of our investment track record, service offering and capabilities to be able to respond to prospects’ queries when marketing new funds or mandates
  • Support senior management with strategic and meaningful product-related analyses for efficient decision-making and effective corporate management
