Description
Cybersecurity Strategy Evaluation and Improvement Conducts security and risk mitigation analyses and uses process and control reviews and analytics data to drive strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement. Partners with leadership to advocate for and execute new security and process initiatives, applying change management principles to ensure adoption and alignment across teams. Defines and tracks success metrics (e.g., ROI, SLAs, OKRs, KPIs), leveraging dashboards and analytics to evaluate performance, surface insights, and identify risks and opportunities. Security Program Excellence and Execution Evangelizes key cybersecurity programs with stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive buy-in and engagement. Uses data and performance metrics to demonstrate program value through effective storytelling and communication tailored to the audience, both technical and strategic. Business Program Management Oversees a portfolio of projects, managing plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and performance metrics to deliver on strategic goals. Communicates program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, driving accountability for execution. Business Program Planning and Design Defines and tracks success criteria and performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions and measure program impact. Drives strategic alignment among cross-functional teams to design and deliver secure, compliant programs that meet business objectives. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field and hand on experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience Capacity to delve deep into the technical and administrative details of the cyber security strategy and its deployment and to convert insights into a strategic narrative to drive improvements Capacity to drive forward projects in a highly empowered environment and to escalate when needed Security clearance would be an asset, willingness to engage in a procedure to obtain clearance if it there is no active clearance Practical experience with the EU cyber security legislations NIS2 and/or DORA would be an advantage Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND extensive years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND extensive years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement Demonstrated experience in the deployment and oversight of cybersecurity frameworks, key metrics and compliance This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
