Description
Partner closely with the Japan SE&O Lead to drive enablement and change-management initiatives aligned to Japan's business priorities. Collaborate with the Asia Regional SE&O team and area stakeholders to ensure consistent landing of horizontal (region-wide) programs and locally relevant vertical priorities. Act as the bridge between Corp, Region, and Japan, ensuring change programs are contextualized, landed effectively, and adoption is tracked. Drive programmatic execution of enablement initiatives — managing timelines, milestones, and success metrics end-to-end. Support the Japan SLT by identifying capability gaps, surfacing feedback, and ensuring enablement aligns with business rhythm and market priorities. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across MCAPS (ATU, STU, CSU, ISD, GPS) to drive unified execution and adoption. Measure and report the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with regional and local teams to prioritize initiatives, balance top-down and bottom-up programs, and manage bandwidth effectively. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple teams and levels. Solid experience in Program Management, with a track record of landing initiatives in complex matrix environments. Understanding of the MCAPS ecosystem and interlock between ATU, STU, CSU, ISD, and GPS. Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline and ability to drive measurable outcomes. Fluent in Japanese and English. Experience in SE&O, Go-to-Market, Operations, or other MCAPS roles is highly desirable.
