Job Title Business Program Manager Job Description The Business Program Manager 70 is responsible for guiding a small program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering outcomes within scope, time, and budget. The role coordinates program activities within a single business, market, or function, managing stakeholder relationships. The role implements detailed plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management, while monitoring performance using KPIs. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, facilitates effective communication, and applies Philips PM standards and methodologies. The role works under limited supervision, identifies interdependencies, coordinates projects, and ensures program benefits are realized by managing scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates to senior management. Job Responsibilities: • Guides a small program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering expected outcomes within agreed scope, time, and budget constraints by meticulously managing resources and coordinating activities and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives. • Interacts primarily within a single business, market, or function to coordinate program activities and manage stakeholder relationships effectively and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation. • Implements detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful program execution by anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them. • Monitors program performance using established KPIs such as schedule and cost variance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues promptly to keep the program on track and within budget. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all program deliverables are integrated and aligned with broader organizational objectives and strategic goals, fostering a unified approach to achieving targets. • Facilitates effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, addressing concerns, and maintaining program momentum through regular updates and feedback loops. • Utilizes Philips PM standards, such as PMI Program Management and PMBoK, to consistently apply best practices and methodologies throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards. • Works under limited supervision, contributing to the development, modification, and execution of organizational policies impacting immediate operations of a business and/or region and/or function, and potentially organization-wide initiatives. • Identifies program interdependencies, ensuring that projects within the program are coordinated and integrated to achieve seamless execution, thereby enhancing overall program efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensures that program benefits are realized by managing scope, quality, and stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates to senior management and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Development, Business Strategy, Project Management or equivalent.
