- Supplier Performance Management - Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using KLIs (Key Leading Indicators) and KPIs and scorecards. - Lead weekly, monthly operational business reviews and performance assessments. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business outcomes. - Corrective Action Planning - Identify performance gaps and lead root cause analysis. - Develop and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. - Track resolution progress and escalate issues as needed. - Risk Management - Proactive risk management across deals and process. - Contract Management - Partner with Legal and Procurement to negotiate and manage master service agreements and statements of work. - Ensure contract compliance and optimise commercial terms to maximise value. - Support contract renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution. - Supplier Governance - Manage and maintain supplier governance across MSEDS providing critical insight to the broader supplier relationship. - Facilitate executive-level engagement and strategic alignment across MSEDs SOWs/Addendum. - Ensure supplier(s) meet compliance, security, and sustainability standards. - Change Management - Lead supplier transitions, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Drive effective supplier readiness, ensuring high quality, consumable materials are in place for the required launch and adoption of new processes, tools and capabilities. - Communicate effectively across stakeholder groups to ensure adoption and minimise disruption. - Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve process, eliminate waste, reduce manual hand-offs, streamline and automate workflows across global operations. - Partner with Global Vendor Solutions team to identify opportunities for AI advancement, develop appropriate business case, support requirements definition, appropriateness and effectiveness of UAT, recommend go / no go/ - Manage supplier lifecycle and navigate multi-time zone operations. Required/minimum qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement - OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications - Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement - OR equivalent experience. Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
