Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Business Programme Manager Platforms and Integration Office (P&IO), as part of the Global COO (“GCOO”), is the team responsible to build the platforms of the future for Bank of Singapore. The team defines and delivers innovative product platforms that enhance user experience, drive business growth, and strengthen controls. Reporting to the Head of Platform Services, the Business Programme Manager will oversee the implementation of the group wealth platform to one of the Bank’s strategic locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, advanced senior stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of wealth management platforms. Role and Responsibilities Programme Leadership: Implement the group wealth platform, in support of a core business with robust growth aspirations Establish and maintain a robust programme structure and governance framework (including steering committees, core working groups and reporting forums) Establish and maintain key programme level artefacts to monitor delivery progress Coordinate the preparation of material for, and facilitate the Programme Steering Committee Manage implementation planning and coordinate change management activities – giving consideration to technical go live, data migration, front-to-back business rollout and process transition Project Management: Manage multiple streams and project phases simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Utilise project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on status Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, consultants, project managers and internal project teams Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve programme objectives – both in-person and virtually Collaborate with stakeholders, to ensure impediments, risks, and dependencies are escalated and addressed in a timely manner Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programme Analyse data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly Work Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred At least 10 years of experience in a Programme Manager role, preferably in a wealth management context Proven history of managing complex projects and directing cross-functional teams. Excellent project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) Exceptional communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage competing priorities Let’s build the bank we need for the future we want.
