For driving multifunctional strategic growth projects within KWIZDA AGRO, under consideration of a corresponding planning, implementation, communication and controlling, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Relevant degree in business administration with work experience in project management
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar function
  • Strong business acumen with “Hands on” mentality
  • Perfect command of German and EnglishProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Experienced in using project management tools
  • Independent, accurate, goal-oriented, systematic work style
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Very good organization and problem-solving skills as well as time & cost management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to recognize dependencies, think across boundaries and delegate effectively
  • Strong in leading people motivating them and making them co-operate
  • Ability to make important decisions under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall project management of defined important projects within KWIZDA AGRO, looking out for project plans, status reports and result control
  • Coordinate overall project teams, considering internal support functions and potential external experts for the implementation of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation as well as develop a detailed plan to track progress
  • Make sure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Identify and supervise critical paths and dependencies between projects and risks
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Administrate, develop and train PMO Standards in existing PM-Tools for KWIZDA AGRO
  • Ensure timely project communication to stakeholders and steering committees
