Playtech‘s Joint Venture and USA unit in Tartu/Tallin Estonia, is looking for a driven Business Project Manager that will lead and manage customer facing business projects across multiple regulated markets, with a special focus on Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. Take care of our key clients all over the world by leading and managing full-cycle client projects, such as content integrations, standalone platform setups, and platform migrations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. Create and maintain clear project plans and timelines while coordinating between internal delivery teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders. Provide structured communication, status updates, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive partner experience. Represent Playtech professionally in all external interactions, maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability for each project. Qualifications Components for success. You... Have at least 2+ years of experience in managing and coordinating projects in the IT industry, preferably in an international work environment. Have great English skills. Have previous experience working with MS Office Tools, Monday and Jira. Communicate clearly and confidently, giving stakeholders trust in your handling of timelines, challenges, and expectations. Have a strong sense of ownership and independence. Are an organiser by nature and have great prioritising skills. Have the ability to see the big picture and find the best solutions to different challenges. Have the power to stay driven and meet your goals. Manage to remain calm even in the most stressful situations. You'll get extra points for... Previous experience in the igaming industry or with operator platform integrations.
