JOB SUMMARY

Primaris is a new private health clinic opening in Calgary. We are a startup business seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful implementation of our launch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of program management principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow for managing service requests and incidents is preferred.
  • Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection methods for tracking project success metrics.
  • Knowledge of quality management processes is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Trello and Project Server to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Implement quality management practices to ensure project outcomes meet established standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and medical staff, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage resource allocation and team assignments, ensuring optimal performance from all team members.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Collect and analyze data related to project performance for reporting purposes.
  • Utilize tools like Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows.
  • Oversee project implementation phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
