As we scale, we are looking for a Business Projects & Development Manager to join our core team. This is a senior, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of business development, commercial operations, legal, and customer success - with AI at the center of everything we do. You will own key commercial relationships, drive business development across strategic markets, manage complex RFP/RFI processes, and ensure customers successfully adopt and extract value from our solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer with a dotted line to the CEO, you will operate at the heart of our commercial engine. RFI / RFP Project Management Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, coordinating across product, legal, and leadership. Manage legal touchpoints on the commercial journey: NDAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, renewals, etc. Maintain a structured pipeline and documentation library in SharePoint. ⠀2. Legal & Commercial Operations Support legal assessments and risk reviews for active commercial projects. Review enterprise contracts; identify renewal windows and renegotiation opportunities. Provide ad hoc legal support across business areas as needed. Coordinate with external legal counsel in Switzerland and Greece as needed. ⠀3. Business Development & Partnerships Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships. Develop and explore niche sub-markets (e.g. digital health, laboratory sector). Represent Cube RM at industry events, conferences, and digital channels. 4. Customer-Facing Commercial Activities Conduct pre-sales demos and solution presentations for prospective customers. Participate in discovery calls, proposal development, and deal closing. Manage customer-facing projects from initiation through closure, follow-up, and upselling. 5. Customer Deployment & Product Feedback Support deployment of Cube RM solutions, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption. Handhold customers through deployment — especially on AI projects. Feed customer insights and pain points back to the product team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Technology, or a related field. 5+ years in business development, commercial operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B/SaaS environment. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills; high emotional intelligence in customer-facing situations. Natural relationship-builder - able to earn trust with C-level stakeholders and technical teams alike. Strong understanding of software ecosystems, SaaS products, and digital solution delivery. Hands-on experience with AI tools is mandatory - daily practical use, not just awareness. Proven ability to leverage AI in commercial, operational, or customer-facing workflows. Comfortable working remotely and traveling for customer and partner engagements. Experience in life sciences, digital health, or clinical trials is a strong plus. Legal background or contract management experience is a plus.
