Description * This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison. Salary: $90,000 - $102,000/year Work location: On-site, Washington, DC. Remote will be allowed with federal client approval. This role serves as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, translating requirements into actionable user stories and validated solutions. The BA/QA resource will manage backlog activities, conduct testing and validation, and ensure alignment with user expectations. This role also supports documentation, training, and accessibility compliance to enable consistent adoption of system enhancements. Responsibilities: Requirements gathering and backlog management User story development and stakeholder coordination Functional testing, QA, and validation Documentation, SOPs, training materials Section 508 and accessibility support Requirements 5+ years BA/QA experience in Agile environments Strong documentation and communication skills Experience working across technical and business teams Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
