Nature of work completed in the job:
As an IT Business Relationship Manager at Keyloop, you will play a pivotal role in creating, establishing & maintaining strategic relationships between IT and the Keyloop business. You will be responsible for building credibility, trust and true partnership to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
This role requires an understanding of SaaS business models, with a particular focus on business wide transformation as well as functional transformation.
This is a new construct in the IT Department and after a successful POC we are now ready to embark on building this out to an established function within IT. Proven experience in this space is a must and the ability to building a ’Best in Class’ function and take something from low maturity into a high performing function with such things as collateral & artefacts we need to establish this as a key success factor for IT.
This is a construct in IT which is a fast-transforming IT department so a willingness to adapt and change in transforming world is a must and being outcome and value driven.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING

  • Collaborate with business units to identify and document IT requirements.
  • Work with IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and addressed by IT solutions.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:



    • Knowledge

    • Level of knowledge of principles, concepts within speciality area and company business:
    • Previous IT Business Partner experience
    • Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal key stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment.
    • Experience managing multiple priorities and navigating ambiguity.
    • Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Understanding of the industry, business models, processes, and functional areas.
    • You are knowledgeable about the product life cycle and/or the capability components of Business relationship Management
    • Assist in creating comprehensive stakeholder management strategies and plans.
    • Comprehend the IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities.
    • Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case.
    • Foster open communication and discussion among stakeholders to assess and promote understanding of needs for future changes in services and products.
