Description

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Financial Services Industry experience
  • WellsOne Commercial Card operational experience
  • Experience with Banking products, especially credit cards
  • Experience with Service View, TSYS and Hogan
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Manage assigned case load, while responding to e-mails or performing follow-up for missing information
  • Engage with the team individually and in team meetings to support GPL strategic priorities
  • Build strong partnerships with operations, relationship teams, vendors, and others and work collaboratively as one function in support of customers
  • Adhere to In Office Guidelines and expectations for GPL employees.
  • Be adaptable and adopt process changes to operate in a simpler, stronger, and smarter environment to maximize effectiveness, and create a foundation for superior risk management and execution
  • Process new revenue share set-ups and updates
  • Complete ongoing maintenance for existing customers according to contractual terms
  • Process payments, credit limit increases and decreases, funding account changes, billing cycle updates, and fee maintenance.
  • Read, understand, and follow instructions and procedure for each case type
