Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Business Representative – Amazon to lead and expand our e-commerce business on Amazon. This role focuses on managing key account relationships, driving sales growth, and optimizing product performance across multiple categories. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with Amazon’s retail ecosystem (1P and/or 3P), experience with Vendor Central or Seller Central operations, and the ability to leverage data analytics to guide strategic decisions. This position is based in Seattle, Washington, with opportunities for collaboration with cross-functional teams both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability goals for the Amazon business. * Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Amazon category managers or vendor contacts, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment. * Manage product listings, pricing strategy, inventory levels, and promotional calendars to maximize visibility and sales performance. * Analyze sales data, advertising metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize A+ content, brand storefronts, and advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads). * Partner with supply chain and operations teams to maintain healthy stock levels, resolve logistics issues, and improve fulfillment efficiency. * Lead annual and seasonal business reviews with Amazon, presenting performance insights and future growth strategies. * Stay up-to-date with Amazon policy changes, competitor activity, and broader e-commerce trends to maintain a competitive edge. * Support new product launches, cross-category initiatives, and global expansion opportunities on Amazon marketplaces. * Provide mentorship and leadership within the sales operations team to strengthen analytical and commercial capabilities. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central or Seller Central) or leading e-commerce business operations. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing brand presence within the Amazon ecosystem. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or similar analytics tools. * Familiarity with Amazon Advertising, Retail Analytics (ARA), and product content optimization best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
