Business / Requirement Engineer (m/w/d) – Teilzeit

To join our expanding team, we are looking for a Business / Requirement Engineer (m/f/d) in Part-time employee at our Klagenfurt location in Austria.
As a configuration specialist, you will be participating in customer-facing projects to understand the customers business demands (use cases) and to map/gap them to our standard use cases and system configuration approach.
You will consult the dedicated Project Manager how to setup our customer´s test and production environments with the aim to design sustainable solutions for the customer, without endangering our product standards.
You are also in charge of identifying and formulating improvement requests regarding our existing product and standard configuration approach arising from your activities. As a part of a dynamic team, you will do this in alignment with the Product Manager and the Development Teams.
As a Configuration Specialist, you will document and spread the knowledge of our standard configuration to our internal and external customers also by maintaining the relevant section of our knowledge sharing and e-learning platforms.

• Support project managers and customers during initial project phases
• Stakeholder management (internal / external), understand, address, and manage the needs and expectations
• End-user training of configuration methods and standards (group internal as well as external towards customers)
• Translate customer use cases into
• technical implementation concepts (flowcharts, written descriptions, configuration examples, customer Q&A meetings)
• new requirements / improvements to ensure a sustainable product configuration
• Ensure an up-to-date and understandable documentation (Jira, Confluence, e-learning platform, MS Office stack)
