Primary duties include assisting Project Managers with the following:

• Clean and analyze data using Excel and other tools (Python, R, Power BI, etc.) and develop graphs, tables, and dashboards
• Attend meetings with clients to document existing processes and work flows for clients
• Develop business modelling for use cases
• Compose formal draft documents (meeting minutes, case studies, memos, reports, etc.) summarizing technical information and data, sometimes on a recurring (weekly or monthly) basis
• Complete research tasks related to innovative business and client use cases – feasibility studies, new technology evaluations, etc
• Assist with On-Boarding SaaS implementations including new ideas, developing business requirements, review client data & work with Dev team
