Start your Voyage – Apply Now Getting to Know the Opportunity: This paid internship will provide students enrolled in an accredited program the opportunity to work in a real world, high-tech environment. Observe, assist, and support with resilience program activities including training and awareness template creation, Business Continuity lifecycle workshops, and incident/crisis monitoring and escalation activities. The candidate will also support on data cleansing and anomaly investigation as well as on various initiatives in support of IT disaster recovery planning. This intern will support a highly visible and cross-functional program that engages with all aspects of Voya's business. The intern will be thinking in systems, working with complex data, and engaging people throughout the program Contributions You'll Make: Students have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, from traditional office applications to sophisticated security systems, networking, web, and other technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills Detail oriented with solid analytical capabilities – being able to see things differently than others with substance and relevance. Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
