ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Degree in economics, law, business administration or engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant working experience, e.g. in restructuring, financial analysis, strategy or operations consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or in the intensive care/restructuring department of a bank.
  • Skills: Great team player with strong advisory, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to instill trust and inspire clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to engage in cross-border assignments and adapt to diverse challenges.
  • Personality: Positive, pragmatic and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial situation, short-term liquidity, and explore potential restructuring options.
  • Business Planning: Assist in developing and reviewing medium-term business and cash-flow plans, from a financial, strategic and operational perspective.
  • Implementation: Play a pivotal role in implementing the restructuring plans, working closely with clients’ management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Execution and coaching: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment while being their go-to contact for sharing thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Communicate day-to-day project developments to senior team members and ensure assignments are executed on time and to a high standard.
  • Business development and client engagement: Contribute to the growth of our restructuring practice by performing market research, building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders and leveraging PwC’s broad range of competences
