Responsibilities

TEAM/ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a global role within Citi’s First Line of Defense and will assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the front office control frameworks, contributing to a robust and preventive control framework in the business.
The successful candidate will develop working relationships with stakeholders across multiple businesses and control functions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist and coordinate in the ongoing enhancement of the front office control framework related Central Benchmarks and Auctions First Line of Defense Risk Team
  • Develop effective relationships within stakeholder groups
  • Provide support on regular governance and reporting
  • Involvement in assisting control remediation projects, as required.
  • Preparation and analysis of management material for key senior Governance forums.
  • Provide cover and assist the wider team with other responsibilities
  • Support the wider team in maintaining and improving governance and control frameworks related to Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk (CPaMP).
