POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking motivated and outgoing Business Sales Agents to join our growing team in Winnipeg. This high-impact role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment, are confident in lead generation, and are eager to build a long-term sales career.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, and multi-family real estate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face prospecting
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willing to travel locally within the Winnipeg area
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound sales in the multi-family housing sector
  • Conduct outreach to property managers and decision-makers via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Deliver effective in-person product demonstrations and close sales
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract and installation coordination
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions
