QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of experience in direct sales, B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face prospecting.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel locally within the Winnipeg area.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound sales in the multi-family housing sector.
  • Conduct outreach to property managers and decision-makers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Deliver effective in-person product demonstrations and close sales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from first contact to signed contract and installation coordination.
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client concerns and offering tailored solutions.
