AIMS OF JOB/ JOB PURPOSE

To sell the recruitment and training services offered by the College to employers and achieve agreed volume and revenue targets.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Selling the College’s full service offering including recruitment, apprenticeship, work experience and training services with an initial focus on digital, computing and professional services to employers to achieve agreed monthly sales revenue targets
  • Account Management of large employers where required
  • Undertaking necessary sector research primarily within the digital section to identify sales opportunities, however movement to other sectors may be required
  • Generating sales leads through various methods - e.g. face to face, telesales, attendance at conferences and networking
  • Converting sales leads by accurately assessing employer recruitment and training needs and presenting relevant proposals and solutions
  • Working with colleagues in the Faculties, Employer Engagement Team, Work Experience Team and wider college to ensure recruitment and training services are delivered to expected timescales and quality standards
  • Maintaining the College’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) database and the Business Services Performance
  • Providing weekly progress reports to demonstrate actual performance against agreed
  • Undertaking any other duties at appropriate levels of skill and responsibility as required
