Responsibilities

You’ll be the first point of contact for small-to-mid-sized businesses, identifying how our client’s game-changing HR platform can solve their operational headaches. Your mission? Book quality meetings for the Business Development team and help drive new revenue.

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
  • Qualify, secure, and book in at least 3 qualified appointments daily
  • Partner with a Business Development Manager to convert meetings into deals
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Be the sales engine behind new business growth
