The Role
As a Business Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and supporting fulfilment operations. You will identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and ensure smooth order processing while representing the Endless Pleasure brand with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business leads across multiple channels
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners
  • Support order fulfilment and packing operations to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and trade opportunities as required

About You

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
  • Organised, target-driven, and commercially focused
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods preferred but not essential
  • Strong IT literacy and familiarity with CRM/sales systems
