WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TOOB:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales preferably within the Telecoms/Broadband industry
  • A strong understanding of the business fibre broadband market would be advantageous
  • Confident negotiator with strong commercial acumen
  • Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
  • A strong understanding of curating leads through multiple channels and their conversion through direct sales
  • Ability to show progress through detailed pipeline and sales reports, with the ability to present this progress to CEO and other Directors
  • Ability to lead and drive a Sales Team to deliver against targets.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Due to toob’s business sales department going through a stage of growth, we are looking to recruit a Business Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven with the ability to strategise and deliver new ways of working across B2B sales. Reporting to the Strategy, Commercial & Propositions Director, you will lead a small B2B sales team across general business sales, multi-site/landlord portfolios and MSPs to drive KPIs in-line with toob’s forecast. You will have experience reporting, understand business fibre broadband trends and influence at a senior level.
This is an opportunity to develop the B2B sales processes and build on a growing sales department.

As our Business Sales Manager you will :

  • Have overall accountability for growing toob’s B2B base through direct and indirect channels
  • Drive the business sales team to build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Develop new strategies for growth and explore new channels for B2B sales.
  • Develop toob’s end to end B2B sales process to drive efficiency and maximise sales.
  • Champion toob’s business products and drive internal improvements to support growth
  • Manage customer escalations and support resolution across multiple departments.
  • Ensure service SLAs are met alongside continuous development.
  • Build relationships with MSPs and multi-site/landlords
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to support with installation and service.
  • Provide regular reports on sales growth, new practices and retentions.
  • Identify risk and provide solutions to overcome hurdles.

GENERAL DUTIES:

  • Provide sales reports, general process updates and forecasting to the CEO and Strategy, Commercial & Propositions Director.
  • Support the business sales team with account billing and invoices.
  • Explore new opportunities for business sales growth.
  • Lead the business sales team with support through one to ones, new data and providing leads.
  • Managing the teams commission structure
  • Manage retention across all accounts.
  • Meet with potential customers to understand their needs and build rapport for long term growth.
  • Create and develop the B2B sales road map
