The Business Sales Support role provides critical assistance to Corporate Account Executives (AEs), Prepaid Sales Rep, and Direct Sales Team (DSR) in achieving departmental goals and ensuring excellent customer retention. This role is fast-paced, customer-facing, and essential to maintaining strong client relationships through technical support and problem resolution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist customers with mobile device setup, troubleshooting, and data transfers Support customers in resolving internet, fax, printing, and telephone issues Replace customer SIM cards as needed Assist in the installation of cable modems Support customers with billing, AR inquiries, and issue resolution Partner with AEs to address customer concerns regarding products, services, and technical matters Deliver devices (bulk orders) alongside AEs and other products as required Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in all interactions Process prepaid orders and direct sales requests/orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal departments Collaborate effectively within a team environment Maintain awareness of role within the larger team and department Demonstrate initiative and sound decision-making in day-to-day responsibilities Thrive under pressure and adapt to the needs of diverse corporate customers Other duties as assigned Core Competencies Attention to Detail: Delivers work with accuracy and a commitment to excellence Problem Solving: Proactively identifies issues and provides timely resolutions Interpersonal Skills: Communicates openly, respectfully, and energetically Written Communication: Communicates clearly in writing, with reliability and transparency Safety & Security: Follows established safety protocols and promotes a safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant experience or training preferred Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Word and Excel MIND Billing experience preferred Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational abilities Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability Work Schedule Full-time, with flexibility required based on department and company needs Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally Frequent use of hands, arms, talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting Occasional crouching, kneeling, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, and driving Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Qualifications
