Company Description Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind online used car purchases for private customers. We are fast, highly data-driven, and efficient. But that’s not enough for us! Our goal is to conquer the market and achieve double-digit growth compared to last year. Support us as a Project Manager for Organizational Scaling to help build an organization that grows sustainably and exceeds its goals by implementing data-based strategies that enable rapid, effective scaling. As part of the Business Development Team at our headquarters, you will work closely with our production facilities to elevate our used car reconditioning to a new level by leveraging data, analytics, and best practices in scaling operations. Job Description Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department, focusing on replication, standardization, and optimization of processes supported by robust data analysis Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with teams from Production and HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention, using data-driven methodologies and established frameworks for scaling operational teams Create and maintain scalable reporting systems to measure changes in KPIs relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention; examples at the employee level include competency matrices, training duration, and training progress, while introducing new dashboards and automated tools for large-scale tracking and transparency Define, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process across multiple production centers to ensure seamless team integration during rapid growth—constantly monitoring scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis Collaborate with our trainers to scale up training programs, ensuring consistent delivery and outcomes across expanding teams by analyzing training data and identifying scalable solutions Drive collaboration with external partners to support large-scale recruiting and training initiatives, benchmarking and utilizing data to implement best-in-class scalable practices Qualifications Proven professional experience in a similar position, particularly in business development, as a project manager, or as an HR analyst, with a demonstrated track record in scaling operations and teams, ideally in multi-location or high-growth settings, and with strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization Work experience in a start-up, management consulting, a dynamic, fast-growing company, or the automotive industry is an advantage – especially if you have played a key role in business or operations scaling Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, agility, and strong solution orientation, with deep experience developing scalable processes and organizational structures Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to work with large datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, and flexibility, with a passion for scaling businesses and building best-in-class organizations Fluent communication skills in English are a must Valid Class B driver’s license Additional Information Time to relax: 28 days of vacation Be part of Europe’s leading automotive platform!
