This role leads a defined Specialized Banking segment with full accountability for growth, profitability, and risk performance. You will shape strategy, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams to deliver sustainable results. This is a senior leadership opportunity with meaningful influence on the bank’s long-term success. Key Accountabilities Lead the segment’s overall performance, including P&L, RAROC, production, and expense management. Drive new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships. Oversee credit quality and risk management, ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory standards. Participate in and influence loan structuring and approval decisions through effective presentations and recommendations. Lead, develop, and hold Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and team leaders accountable for results. Partner with cross-sell teams to deliver holistic client solutions across loans, deposits, and fee-based products. Represent the bank through active participation in community, industry, and colleague engagement initiatives. Education & Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 15+ years of experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Specialized Banking. 4+ years of successful P&L management experience. 4+ years of people leadership experience. Preferred Advanced degree or executive leadership training. Deep expertise in credit, non-credit products, and complex client relationships.
